Cimarelli

Our Winery
Cimarelli Vineyard, located in the historic village of Staffolo in Italy’s Marche region, is a family-run winery dedicated to tradition, craftsmanship, and excellence. Spanning over 10 hectares in the renowned Castelli di Jesi wine area, its vineyards are divided between Contrada San Francesco and Contrada Coste, where Verdicchio, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese thrive on soils rich in clay and limestone.

The Region
The vineyard is led by Luca Cimarelli, whose meticulous care of the land is complemented by the energy and vision of his nephew, Tommaso Aquilanti. With Luca and Tommaso overseeing the winemaking process, and drawing on the expertise of consultant Giuseppe Morelli, Cimarelli ensures that each bottle reflects the unique character of the Marche terroir. Cimarelli has earned prestigious accolades, including the Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso and recognition from Slow Wine, among others. With its artisanal approach and deep respect for the land, Cimarelli offers wines that embody the rich history and elegance of the Marche region, making every bottle a rare and authentic expression of Italian winemaking heritage.
